Raku is a firing technique based on a traditional style of Japanese pottery in which relatively low temperatures and controlled cooling atmospheres are used to give each piece a one-of-a-kind color. Also, pieces are removed from the kiln while still glowing-hot! Watch as Andrew and Miya demonstrate the process from start to finish.
